Merry Christmas and a Happy Start to 2026
As the year draws to a close, the reflective Christmas season offers the perfect moment to pause and look back on an eventful and highly successful year. 2025 was marked by exciting developments, new customer groups, and innovative solutions that continue to pave the way toward an energy-autonomous future.
A Year Full of New Opportunities
From balcony power plants to over-20-year-old systems no longer eligible for subsidies, all the way to fully autonomous systems with our SOL•THOR, more and more people are turning to self-consumption and heat generation using photovoltaic electricity. Even heating systems without their own PV system — but optimized with dynamic electricity tariffs and combined with our HEA•THOR IoT — have opened up entirely new target groups.
The beginning of the year was shaped by inventory reduction activities at our wholesalers. At the same time, we were able to finalize important product innovations — most notably the SOL•THOR, which entered series production. We are especially pleased that this new system has been so well received and has even exceeded our expectations in terms of installation numbers.
Regulatory Changes as a Driver for Innovation
The Solar Peak Law in Germany also presented new challenges in 2025. The requirements for our devices became more extensive — adjustments we successfully implemented by mid-year. The solution lies in the my-PV SPO, the Solar Peak Optimizer.
Market developments confirm our approach: the value of fed-in electricity is now so low on many days that self-consumption—especially for hot water and heating—is more attractive than ever. This is exactly where my-PV provides solutions that fully exploit these potentials and make your PV system more profitable.
New Compatibilities and Exciting Projects
In 2025, our product lines gained numerous new compatibilities. And we can already reveal that more important integrations are set to be completed in 2026.
With the HEA•THOR IoT, we are also seeing unexpectedly strong interest from housing cooperatives. Many no longer want to operate expensive district heating systems in summer and instead rely on our electrical, electricity-optimized heat generation. This is leading to very exciting large-scale projects that will be realized in 2026.
Overall, we can look back on a very successful year—both in terms of installation numbers and new orders. The trend is clearly upward, and we anticipate further healthy growth in 2026.

Outlook: 2026 Focused on Self-Consumption
Since the expansion of the grid continues to lag behind the growth of renewable energy, self-consumption will become an even greater focus. At the same time, the idea of energy autonomy remains a daily topic in light of global uncertainties.
my-PV sees not only challenges here but, above all, opportunities—and we look forward to setting new standards in electrical heat generation together with our customers in 2026.
Holiday Opening Hours
To allow our team to spend the holidays with their families, our technical support will be available at the following times at the end of the year:
December 22–23, 2025: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
December 29–30, 2025: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
