New Compatibility Partner: Sigenergy

Heating with photovoltaic power: my-PV products can now be used in combination with Sigenergy's inverters and battery storage systems. This compatibility benefits both installers and, most importantly, customers, who no longer need additional devices for feed-in measurement.

Sigenergy is a forward-thinking company specializing in cutting-edge energy solutions for residential and commercial applications. Founded in 2022, its product portfolio, centered around the SigenStor, includes energy storage systems, solar inverters, and EV charging solutions. Starting in 2025, Sigenergy will also offer SigenPV and SigenStack, providing innovative and flexible commercial storage solutions. The company is active in over 60 countries and continues to grow rapidly.

Compatible products

Compatibility extends to the AC•THOR, AC•THOR 9s, and AC ELWA 2, which can now be connected to Sigenergy's inverter (Energy Controller). This allows my-PV devices to receive real-time information about available surplus solar power. A key requirement is the installation of a surplus measurement system within the network so that the inverter can relay this information to my-PV products.

With this combination, surplus solar energy can be optimally utilized. The Sigenergy inverter acts as an interface, enabling my-PV products to be used for hot water preparation, heating support and increased self-consumption. Additionally, the system can be seamlessly expanded with other Sigenergy products.
