In 2026, my-PV once again ranks among the top companies on kununu – for the fifth year in a row. This means we have consistently ranked among the top five percent of employers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for five years. The renewed recognition highlights the high level of employee satisfaction and positive corporate culture at my-PV.
Five consecutive years among the top employers
We are delighted to have received the kununu Top Company seal again in 2026. This means we have maintained our position among the highest-rated employers on the kununu review platform for five consecutive years.
For us, this award is a special recognition of our efforts. It demonstrates that a positive working environment, mutual appreciation and strong teamwork are not just buzzwords at my-PV, but values that are consistently reflected in our daily work. This recognition motivates us to continue on our successful path with dedication and team spirit.
What the top company seal represents
What makes the kununu Top Company seal special is that it is based on independent reviews submitted by current and former employees on the kununu platform. Each year, only around five percent of the companies listed on the platform meet the requirements and receive this prestigious distinction.
To qualify for the 2026 award, companies must, among other criteria, achieve an overall rating of at least 3.8 out of 5 stars. Employee satisfaction over the previous twelve months also plays a decisive role.
Driving the transition to sustainable heating
At my-PV, we develop solutions that make it possible to use solar electricity efficiently for domestic hot water and heating. Whether through the intelligent use of PV surplus to optimise self-consumption, grid-independent heat generation using direct current from PV modules, or dynamic electricity tariffs for cost-effective heating, the Austrian specialist in photovoltaic heating offers the right solution for a wide range of needs.
