Customer Statement

"We have installed a total of three PV systems. The generated heat is used for heating, hot water preparation for three people, and pool heating. Additionally, last year we decided to purchase a CHP (combined heat and power) unit. It provides us with heat and electricity during the sun-poor periods. With this – and the PV yields – we cover our household's energy needs and also charge our cars. To store the heat, we use buffer storage with a total volume of 4,000 liters. For electricity, we have a Li-ion battery with a capacity of 10 kWh. The newest member of the family is the AC•THOR 9s. It converts excess electricity into heat," says Michael Laßmann, providing an overview of the system and components.
