20x production volumes in 3.5 years!

Updated information about our delivery times: Our capacity expansion means that some products are available from stock!

In June 2023, we tripled our production area and gradually increased the number of units.

We have also introduced additional shifts in order to get our products manufactured in sufficient quantities even faster and to be able to meet the high demand at certain times.

These activities led to a twenty-fold increase in our production volumes in the last 3.5 years! Our efforts to increase our internal resources and to produce our products as well as possible – despite the big rush of the last few months – are paying off in terms of product volumes.

Products available from stock again

These efforts are now paying off in several ways: On the one hand, our accessory products, such as the my-PV WiFi meter and the immersion heaters (3 kW and 9 kW) will be available again in the next few weeks or will be available from stock. Our first product, the long-running ELWA, will also be available to order from stock again in October. In contrast to the bottlenecks in the last few months, customers can easily purchase and install our self-sufficient solar electric heater for their projects through wholesalers.

You can find the possible sources of supply on the website.

The fact that some products will be available from stock again in the future shows that we have taken the right measures. That's why we're positive about achieving good availability again for the other products (AC•THOR, AC•THOR 9s and AC ELWA 2) and thus continuing to process customer orders.

We are also confident that we will be able to further reduce delivery times in the coming weeks and months so that our customers receive the goods they have ordered even faster than expected. The necessary measures are now being implemented and we will share more information on our website in some time.

Until then, we kindly ask you to be patient – we will do our best!
