Customer Statement
"Our family of three lives in a house built in 1982, which we completely renovated in 2019. Since then, heat generation has been handled by a SenerTec combined heat and power unit (CHP) in combination with an AC•THOR 9s from my-PV. Surplus electricity comes either from the photovoltaic system or the CHP unit. The AC•THOR 9s precisely directs the surplus electricity to a three-phase heating element with a nominal power of 4.5 kW. To optimally supply our large thermal storage tank, it is integrated into a separate hydraulic unit connected to the storage system."
