my-PV expands compatibility to include systems from Atmoce

The intelligent use of photovoltaic electricity for heat relies on seamless communication between energy systems. With the integration of manufacturer Atmoce, my-PV is expanding its compatibility portfolio with another partner in the field of modern PV system technology.

Founded in 2024, Atmoce develops solutions for residential and commercial photovoltaic applications, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Its product portfolio is based on safe low-voltage DC systems and highly efficient AC/DC converters. The Atmoce MI series includes some of the most powerful and efficient microinverters in the industry, often combined with the highly flexible AC M-ELV battery. After expanding into more than 30 international regions in its first year of business, the company will launch its revolutionary commercial ecosystem in 2026.

As part of the new compatibility, the AC ELWA 2 from my-PV can be used in various system configurations together with Atmoce. It does not matter whether the inverter and storage components come entirely from the Atmoce ecosystem or are combined with components from other manufacturers. The required measurement data is provided directly by the Atmoce system and transmitted to my-PV or the my-PV Cloud, enabling integration without the need for additional metering hardware.

In practice, this connection allows for the targeted use of solar surplus for domestic hot water generation – resulting in increased self-consumption. Self-consumption rates can be improved, grid consumption reduced, and existing energy flows used more efficiently — also in combination with dynamic electricity tariffs. For system operators, this means greater flexibility in system design and the easy expansion of existing installations with photovoltaic heating.

With the integration of Atmoce, my-PV continues to build an open and broadly positioned compatibility network. The goal remains to make photovoltaic electricity usable as directly as possible within buildings, thereby contributing significantly to an efficient and sustainable energy supply—while also delivering real (financial) added value for PV system operators.
