Solplanet and my-PV now compatible

At my-PV, we are committed to system openness – our compatibility with over 75 manufacturers is proof of that. Now, we are pleased to announce that Solplanet has joined this list.

At my-PV, our goal is to develop solutions that combine efficiency, sustainability, and compatibility. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the seamless integration of our products with Solplanet. This compatibility opens up exciting possibilities for those who want to use solar energy precisely and reliably.

Solplanet is a brand of the Chinese company AISWEI, a producer and distributor of system technology for photovoltaic installations, specializing in inverters, batteries, and, more recently, integrated energy management solutions to optimize self-consumption.

Why compatibility matters

In photovoltaic systems, compatibility and interoperability are key. When components work together optimally, energy flows can be controlled more efficiently, losses are minimized, and installation is simplified. The seamless integration of components from different manufacturers also saves customers money—something ensured by this compatibility.

With my-PV’s compatibility with Solplanet’s ultra-quiet inverters, which allow for quick installation without opening the cover, customers no longer need to install a separate smart meter, such as a my-PV WiFi Meter.

Surplus energy information via Modbus RTU

Surplus energy data can now be directly retrieved via Modbus RTU from Solplanet inverters. The AC•THOR, AC•THOR 9s, and AC ELWA 2 are now compatible with Solplanet inverters, enabling easy surplus energy detection. Customers can use these devices to convert excess photovoltaic energy into heat efficiently. The Solplanet T2 and T3 inverters have been officially approved for this compatibility by the inverter manufacturer.
